The Dublin Region Homeless Executive is coordinating the response to ensure homeless people at risk are sheltered during the hot weather expected over the coming days.
Arrangements are in place with service providers to ensure temporary shelter will continue to be available to all who wish to access it.
The street outreach team will be distributing water and sunscreen.
