Two Status Yellow low temperature and ice weather warnings have been announced for Cork for the coming weekend.
The first comes into effect from 6pm tomorrow until 11am Sunday.
The second is from 6pm Sunday until 11am Monday.
Temperatures will fall to between -2 and -4 degrees in many areas with sharp or severe frost and icy stretches.
Cork County Council is advising people to expect widespread icy patches on the road and to drive with added caution.
