The guests for this week's Late Late Show have been announced with a Cork face in the mix.

Actress Siobhan McSweeney will be making an appearance on the show as she currently stars in Holding, the brand new TV series based on the novel by Graham Norton. She will speak about her role in the show shot in West Cork and what it was like to return home to film the series. Siobhan also stars as Sister Michael in Derry Girls which is set to return for its third and final series in April.

Also on the show will be Canadian crooner Michael Bublé. The singer will chat about working with his heroes Paul McCartney and Willie Nelson on his latest album Higher and the happy news that he has another baby on the way with wife Luisana Lopilato. Michael will also perform live in studio.

This week's show will also gear up to Saturday's Climb with Charlie. The initiative was sparked by former broadcaster Charlie Bird who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease with one of his goals being to climb Croagh Patrick. As well as the main event happening at Croagh Patrick, people all around the country will climb hill and mountains in their area in support of the cause that is raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease and Pieta.

Ryan Tubridy will go live to Westport to catch up with Charlie and his family ahead of the climb. He will also be joined by friends and supporters who will also climb Croagh Patrick including Daniel O'Donnell, Dermot Bannon, Roz Purcell, Matt Molloy, George Lee, Joanna Donnelly and more.

Back in studio Barry McGuigan will speak to Ryan about his decision to join in on a climb in honour of Charlie Bird, Vicky Phelan, his late daughter Nika and his late brother who he lost in 1994 from suicide.

As well as Michael Bublé there will also be music from Michael English who will perform a song exclusively written for Climb with Charlie.

Catch the show on RTE One on April 1st at 9:35pm.
