Ross Byrne has been drafted into the Ireland squad amid concerns about the fitness of Johnny Sexton.
The captain is struggling with a dead leg suffered against South Africa, while Munster's Joey Carbery has been ruled out of this weekend's clash with Australia.
Leinster out half Byrne has won 14 caps, the last was against England in 2021.
Munster's Jack Crowley came off the bench in the win over Fiji and could feature again this weekend.
Ireland go in search of a 12th successive home win on Saturday, and peaking on the Big Red Bench, Ireland and Munster great Moss Finn says the work Andy Farrell has done with the Ireland team has been incredible.
"My admiration for that man is growing by the second.
"He seems to be very clever and the one thing about that Ireland team, every fellow who plays comes on or as a substitute, they're all they all seem to be in good humour and there seems to be a kind of a seamless move into the team.
"He seems to have created a very Happy Camp environment, which is wonderful. And when you consider like that there's 39 players in camp at the moment and 15 or 16 more injured, he's building a great panel in a happy atmosphere. So I'd be intrigued to see what kind of a combination he'd do for next week."
