Munster are awaiting the results of a scan to determine the extent of RG Snyman's injury.
The South African lasted just nine minutes having been introduced as a replacement in yesterday's 43-13 win over the Scarlets in the United Rugby Championship.
Snyman has only recently returned to action after a long-term knee injury.
The bonus point win was Munster's third in succession.
The Red's face Connacht next Saturday at Thomond Park.
