Next year's Six Nations could be moved to later in the calendar, according to reports this morning.

According to the tournament's chief executive Ben Morel, the 2021 competition could be delayed in order to allow it go ahead with supporters in attendance.

Morel says they're worried about the financial impacts on unions if games go ahead behind closed doors.

Next season's tournament is scheduled to run in February and March, and informal discussions have been held about moving the entire tournament to later in the year.

Meanwhile all the players and staff at Munster will be tested for Covid 19 again today with the hopes that training can resume tomorrow.

The province confirmed yesterday that a senior player tested positive, while six other players have been identified as close contacts.

The player with the positive test result was not part of the squad that travelled to the Scarlets last weekend.

The game with Edinburgh this weekend won't be subject to a forfeit if the game does not go ahead.
