Niamh shares her journey with us and how a 5 week course at Ballymaloe Cookery school sparked the beginning of her business story. Niamh’s Larder started as a picnic box which grew quickly into a food trailer. You may know this face from RTE show Battle of the Food Trucks. In parallel, Niamh decided to take the next step and develop her newest brand: BKultured Water Kefir.
