Primary and secondary schools across Cork and Kerry are being urged to swap their uniforms for their favourite jersey later this month and support the ‘Stand 4 Féile’ Jersey Day
Last July 13 year-old Féile O'Sullivan was critically injured in the Beara area of West Cork in a farming accident and had to undergo a double leg amputation.
On Friday the 20th of March students and teachers are being asked to wear their favourite sporting jersey and make a small donation to support Féile O’Sullivan’s recovery

Meanwhile, a Go Fund me page for O’Sullivan officially closed shortly before Christmas having raised €784,008. Monies raised at the Spring fundraiser will go in to a trust which has been set up for the teenager.
Féile will require additional surgery and intensive rehabilitation, specialist care, physio therapy, emotional support and home adaptations.
