The Department of Enterprise and Employment says it has not received a collective redundancy notification from PepsiCo
It comes as PepsiCo says it's committed to maintaining a strong presence in Ireland as it confirms organisational changes at it's Cork plants
In a statement issued to RedFM News the company says the changes affecting its Carrigaline and Little Island plants are part of an ongoing business transformation
PepsiCo says it is working closely with the affected employees though it has not disclosed how many workers are impacted by the changes
