A pedestrian has died after being struck by a motorbike in Dublin on Wednesday.
Gardaí and Emergency Services were alerted to a collision involving a motorcylist and a pedestrian at the junction of Eden Quay/Beresford Place, shortly after 10.30am.
The woman in her early 60s, was seriously injured and taken from the scene to the Mater Hospital to be treated for her injuries, where she passed away yesterday afternoon.
The driver of the motorbike was uninjured and did not require medical treatment.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, especially those with dash-cam, to make it available to them.
