The Marvel blockbuster saw former Spideys Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield appear alongside current lead Tom Holland.
The web-slinging superhero also won Best Performance in a Movie for Holland.
Meanwhile HBO's hit teen drama 'Euphoria' was crowned Best Show.
