Almost two fifths of Irish workers felt undervalued or invisible, according to new research from software company Workhuman.
Almost half of under-25's in full time work said they feel invisible or under appreciated.
The survey of one thousand Irish workers found that over a quarter of workers plan to leave their job in the next 12 months.
