Maternity Hospital services resumed at Wexford General Hospital at 9 o'clock this morning.
The HSE has also confirmed outpatient appointments will be back from Monday.
A fire caused significant damage to the hospital's equipment and infrastructure on Wednesday, but no-one was injured.
200 patients have been transferred to several hospitals across the country and the south east region.
