Justin Bieber's told fans he has "full paralysis" on one side of his face after a virus attacked the nerves in his ear.
Posting on Instagram, the Canadian star says he's got 'Ramsay Hunt syndrome.'
In the video he tries to smile, blink and move his face but one side stays still.
The 28-year-old's had to cancel some of his upcoming gigs.
