Jaffa Cakes have been scientifically proven to be the best biscuit to dunk into your tea.
Researchers dunked 17 of the most popular biscuits into cups of tea which were 70-75 degrees in temperature.
Jaffa cakes withstood 116 dunks before breaking - bourbons, shortbread and hobnobs also featured in the top 5.
Digestives were found to be the least suitable, only lasting for 6 dunks before crumbling.
