Five cyclists from Limerick are taking on one of the most challenging courses in Britain for charity.
The Limerick Leader reports the group, self-titled as 'Middle Aged Men in Lycra' are raising funds for Down Syndrome Limerick.
They're due to ride 240 kilometres across the North of England representing their county but also the club in Coonagh.
Over 12 hours the group will cycle from the West Coast of England, up the steepest road in the country to finish near Middlesborough.
