Medical Scientists Say They Are Prepared To Take Industrial Action To Resolve A Pay Dispute

It may affect the country's Covid-19 testing capabilities

The Medical Laboratory Scientists Association says any strike would have a big impact on testing for the disease as the 1,800 people they represent work across the health service.

The HSE say it now has the ability to carry out 120,000 tests a week.
