Magazine Road Residents Association: The Irish J1 Is Taking Place In Cork City

The group say the students are flouting Covid-19 regulations
People who live on Magazine Road, Glasheen Road, and the surrounding areas want Gardaí to clampdown on Covid-19 lockdown parties taking place in the area, which have taken an upswing in the past three weeks.
On Thursday, the Chief Medical Officer said gatherings in people's houses were being organised with "abandon".
The Magazine Road Residents Association are now calling on Gardai and the HSE to enforce the 1947 Health Act which would allow Gardai to enter and shut down homes that could potentially spread an infectious disease, and fine those involved.
RedFM News have been covering the group's multiple silent protests and vigils in recent weeks.
