Hotels can open their dining areas to non-residents from next Friday

He says 2021 is going to be completely different to 2020:

'Obviously absolutely delighted to be open, Christmas has come early, for those of us in the hotel trade. We just can't wait to get our staff back into the hotel get them back working, get our customers back into the hotel, and start engaging with our suppliers getting all the good stuff back in and really looking forward to a good Christmas, I know it's going to be different. I know the restrictions are there, but they're there for good reason and we're going to implement them and it's going to be good for everybody.'
