Forty-Three Cases Of Covid-19 Confirmed Yesterday Related To Schools 

That's according to the ASTI which is planning to ballot members for industrial action. 

It's concerned about physical distancing in schools, the provision of PPE and the speed at which testing is being done. 

396 more cases including 36 in Cork were confirmed yesterday- the highest national daily figure since mid-May

Five Cork schools have confirmed cases of the virus in the past two weeks. 

Diarmuid DePaor from the ASTI says it's also worried about it's vulnerable members.
