Cork restauranteur says Cork businesses will thrive in post pandemic era as they continue to adapt to COVID19 challenges

A Cork restauranteur says businesses in Cork have shown huge resilience and are continuing to adapt to the challenges posed by the COVID19 outbreak.

Kevin Madden and Yvonne Whitley announced plans in 2019 to open a second branch of their health food cafe 'Naturally Nourished' in the recently constructed City Gate Park in Penrose Dock, with the expectation that the surrounding buildings would be fully occupied with hundreds of employees.

However the pandemic and the requirement to work from home has changed the landscape of the city's newest business district.

Speaking to RedFM News Kevin Madden of Naturally Nourished says he believes the city will thrive in the post COVID19 era as businesses are stronger than ever before despite the challenges they have faced this year, and many like him have found ways to adapt:
