Irish man (29) dies after an avalanche in a ski resort in Switzerland

An Irish man has died after an avalanche in a ski resort in Switzerland.
The 29-year-old passed away yesterday near Nendaz.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it's aware of the case and stands ready to provide consular assistance.
