Former Debenhams Staff In Cork Say The Fall Of Debenhams UK Will Have No Impact On Their Fight For Enhanced Redundancy Payments

124 stores in the UK are set to close after JD Sports withdrew from negotiations to save the retailer
Around 12,000 employees will be impacted by the closure, with liquidators expected to start removing stock from stores in the coming days.
Ex-staff here have been blockading their former workplaces since April and say their colleagues in the UK could be about to do the same.
Speaking to RedFM News, Valerie Conlon from the Patrick Street store says they will continue their blockades in light of the newest developments:
