European Commission Will Decide Today Whether It Will Appeal Apple Tax Case Judgement

The company and the State won in court in July over a Commission ruling that Ireland was owed over €13 billion in unpaid taxes.

If there will be an appeal it will be heard in the Court of Justice in the European Union.

Apple employs thousands of employees at its European headquarters in Hollyhill on the northside of the city
