British comedian, Joe Lycett has found himself under police investigation, after an audience member complained about a joke in his comedy show.
Officers received a call about the comments made during the 33-year-old's tour.
The comedian says the case has been closed after he explained the context - and he still thinks its "one of the best" jokes he's ever written.
He's due to play three nights in Vicar Street in Dublin in August.
