Beyond the Pale is due to go ahead in County Wicklow next weekend.
The music festival is scheduled to take place at Glendalough Estate from the 13th to the 15th of June.
There were reports over the weekend it was cancelled - with organisers saying an essential piece of expected finance fell through.
However, an operator, who sympathised with the struggles of staging events, has offered to help.
