90's grunge band Nirvana have won a lawsuit against a man pictured on the cover of their album Nevermind as a baby.
Spencer Elden claims the band sexually exploited him, however an LA judge has ruled that he waited too long to file a suit.
Mr. Elden first became aware of the cover ten years ago, but he waited until last year to take legal action.
The famous image features a naked baby swimming towards a dollar bill on a fish hook.
