A new garda speed camera is being rolled out in another location in Cork
The static speed safety camera on the N22 at Farnanes will come into operation at the end of the week
From midday on Friday vehicles detected driving in excess of the posted speed limit will be subject to prosecution
Gardaí are reminding motorists speeding offences carry a €160 fine accompanied by 3 penalty points
