Workers at Galway Rape Crisis Centre are to strike on Wednesday.
The members of SIPTU will hold a 24 hour work stoppage to demand a first pay rise in 14 years.
They want their wages which were removed during the economic crisis to be restored.
The union says staff had cuts made to their pay in line with other Section 39 organisation workers in 2008.
