A 48 year old woman has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of a man in Ballyfermot in Dublin last year.
The body of David Ennis was discovered at an apartment in the Claddagh Court complex for older people on November 8th last - he had not been a tenant there.
This morning, Ann Phelan, of no fixed abode, appeared in before Dublin District Court.
Judge Paula Murphy heard the accused "made no reply" to charge after caution, and she will appear in court again on May 18th.
