Former Sex Pistols frontman Johnny Rotten has missed out on the chance to represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.
He performed with his band Public Image Limited and came fourth out of six acts competing for a place in May's event.
The winner - was "Wild Youth" a four-piece boy band from Dublin - with their song "We Are One".
The international music show is being held in the UK after last year's winner, Ukraine, were unable to host the competition because of the Russian invasion.
