A decision to charge or release a suspect over the deaths of two children in a car fire, is expected to be made later today.
Five-year-old Thelma Dennany and her brother, Mikey, lost their lives in the blaze in Multyfarnham in Westmeath, on September 9th.
Their mother, Lynn Egar, was seriously injured in the fire.
Gardaí arrested a woman in her 40s yesterday, and she's being questioned at a Garda station in the midlands.
