Western Brand is extending a precautionary food recall of some specific raw chicken products.
It's due to the possible presence of Salmonella and is linked to an ongoing Department of Agriculture investigation into infection in broiler flocks.
The products recalled include chicken from Aldi and Dunnes Stores with the use by date of the 6th of February.
It also includes a use by date of the 7th of February for Lidl Irish small chicken and Glenmore chicken breast fillet.
While Tesco Irish chicken breast mini fillets with the use by date of the 5th of February should also not be eaten.
