Visitors to Tayto Park in Meath were forced to hide in a gift shop after three bison broke free in March.
The Herald reports the animals were spotted next to an amusement ride prompting an emergency procedure to kick in.
Visitors were brought into the shop while the bison, that can weigh up to a ton, were returned to their paddock and a fence was repaired.
