Vicky Phelan has been remembered for "everything she has done for the women of Ireland" at a memorial service in her hometown today.
Crowds have gathered in Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny to pay their respects to the cervical cancer campaigner.
The service was filled with music, at Vicky's request, with The Stunning and Bressie performing.
Some of her closest friends, family and fellow cancer campaigners also paid tribute.
Her sister, Lyndsey, spoke of the huge impact Vicky had:
"We are all heartbroken beyond words, and a void in our lives, never to be filled. I will cherish every moment that we spent together. I am so proud to say I am your sister. I'm so proud of all you achieved. I am privileged to have been on this rollercoaster of life with you."
