1,000 new jobs are set to be created by US company Abbott, as part of a €440 million investment.
The company are set to expand their existing site in Donegal as part of the investment, and build a brand new plant in Kilkenny.
The plans for its Kilkenny site at the IDA Business and Technology Park in Loughboy will be subject to planning permission
