Ulster Bank has announced a 0.75% rise in their two, four and seven year fixed rate mortgages.

It will no longer offer five and ten year rate products to existing customers.

Variable rates are not affected by the announcement.

The bank is currently in a phased withdrawal from the Irish market and mortgages have not been on sale to new customers since June and existing customers since late August.
