Trains are having to reduce their speed due to the warm weather.
Irish Rail says due to high rail temperatures from current weather, trains are currently limited to 80kilometres per hour between Portarlington and Tullamore.
There are also some minor delays to trains between Heuston and Galway / Westport / Athlone as a result.
