Three people have been taken to Tallaght University Hospital as a precaution after a serious crash on the M50 in Dublin.
Six cars collided at junction 9 the Red Cow Southbound.
Dublin Fire Brigade is at the scene and Gardaí say the road remains open.
The fire service says the hard shoulder and auxiliary lane are affected with severe delays on approach.
