The Irish Aviation Authority says it's remaining vigilant around planned Russian military maneuvers at sea

It was speaking after the exercises were moved outside of Ireland's Exclusive Economic Zone.

Despite that, CEO of the IAA Peter Kearney says they're monitoring the situation:

"The IAA receives a note on January 31st. If we cancel the original notice of this exercise, we have received no further Aeronautical Information from the Russian Federation regarding a new exercise area, which could be outside our area of responsibility and not subject to ANSP notification. Therefore, we will remain vigilant and consult with adjacent air traffic control centers to minimize any impact to our operation."
