Threshold says tenancy termination is the highest concern for renters amid the fallout from end of eviction ban.
The housing charity says it prevented a record number from entering homelessness in the first 3 months of the year.
Over twelve hundred households needed help.
Ann-Marie O'Reilly from Threshold says the sale of rental homes by landlords, as they exit the private rental market, remains the most common issue.
"The Government has announced some measures, some of them are ones that Threshold and other organisations have sought.
"We're probably not going to see the effect of those as quick as we'd like to see the impact for the renters that we're seeing presently come into our services."
