A teenager has been arrested over a road traffic collision involving a car and a cyclist on the on the Naul Road, Ballymun in Dublin early last Saturday morning.
He appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon.
Video footage circulated online captured the incident.
One of three men in the car can be heard saying "go, go, go" after the vehicle made contact.
The cyclist - a man in his 20s - sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
