A People Before Profit TD says Dublin City Council should step in and buy an apartment complex to stop over 100 residents being evicted.
Tathony House in Kilmainham in Dublin 8 has been put on the market by the landlord.
The tenants who live in the 35 apartments all received eviction notices last week.
