Stormzy's going to be launching a football programme with Adidas for young black people to encourage diversity within the sports industry.
Merky FC will help them off the pitch through multi-year, paid professional placements.
The British rapper says "we barely see" any black managers, coaches or sports presenters and that many people aren't even aware of the vast roles in the sport.
