SIPTU's National Executive's recommending its members accept the terms of a public sector pay deal put forward by the WRC.
It met today to consider the proposals that emerged last week following talks at the Workplace Relations Commission.
A ballot will be held over the period from Monday September 12th and Wednesday October 5th.
