Sales of bottles of wine fell last year, but some wine bars are recording growth in profits.
Independent businesses are drawing in customers with offerings of natural, biodynamic, organic and orange wines, trends that are growing every day.
This comes after wine sales dropped by 13 per cent last year, according to Drinks Ireland.
