Ricky Martin will appear in court today after his nephew obtained a restraining order against him.
It was granted under Puerto Rico's Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Law earlier this month.
The Livin' La Vida Loca singer denies all allegations against him.
His lawyer told NBC News the 50-year-old will "directly address the judge at the hearing".
