There are renewed calls for public transport police.
It follows chaos on Sunday which saw passengers leaving a DART and walking along the tracks.
Passengers were angered over packed trains and lack of ventilation, as crowds flocked to the Bray Air Show.
Irish Rail apologised to anyone who was delayed, disrupted or distressed travelling to the show.
Fianna Fail Justice Spokesperson Jim O'Callaghan says a dedicated transport police has long been needed, and Ireland should follow a European model:
"In other cities, in European cities, there are designated units within the police force that are responsible for public transport and that's what we're advocating here. Not that we should set up a new transport police but that within An Garda Síochána there should be a designated Public Transport Unit".
