The rate of inflation in the commercial construction sector is almost half of it was this time last year.
A new report from Society of Chartered Surveyors shows the rate fell from 7.5 per cent in the first half of 2022 to four per cent in December.
The organisation says improvements in oil supply have helped stabilise prices even though they are still high.
