A post mortem examination is due to be carried out on the body of a man, after a drowning incident in County Carlow.
It happened in the River Barrow at Graigecullan at around twenty past nine last night.
It's understood bystanders attempted to help the man after he got into difficulty.
The man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
